Your information, regarding Personal Data, or more specifically, Video Recording of the course, is only processed at the Company’s operating offices and by the employees of the Company and is/are not shared with any third parties.

Law Enforcement

​

Under certain situations, the Company may be required to disclose your Personal Data / Usage Data if ordered to do so by the court or any legal enforcement units; however, it is only until the extent required by law and all other information and date will remain undisclosed.

We work 24/7 to ensure that all Data collected remain safe at all times; however, remember that no method or means of transmission over the internet or electronics storage is 100% secure and thus the Company, can’t guarantee its intact security.

REFUND

​

Possible Refund Matters

​

1. When the Service is rendered

You are not eligible for a refund if the service is rendered until the last day of the course/program. However, you can still ask for a partial or full refund if you decide to terminate the program at least one day prior to its completion. All requests must be submitted within 14 days of discontinuation of service and are subject to Company approval.

2. When the Service is not rendered

You are eligible for a refund if you paid the full course fees / deposit but decided to request for a refund.
